Pasta dinners

I get in a rut with cooking and currently the rut is an Italian one.  It is so easy to throw together a tasty meal around pasta.   Mexican cooking is like that too — you can even pretend that you’re making something different each night, when really it’s the same 5 ingredients formed into a different shape.

Anyways, tonight’s meal was quite delicious.  In an effort to get out of my rut, I started perusing the Pioneer Woman’s cooking blog…and what should catch my eye first, but a pasta recipe.
