How do you get to Carnegie Hall?

Some people take the “practice, practice, practice” route and others find it simplest to hop on a plane, a shuttle, a train and a taxi.  That’s what we’re going to do.   Lord willin’ and the creek don’t rise, we will be there tomorrow night at 8 with a whole crew of family and friends!

Here’s a preview one of our friends heard on the radio today of the show we’re going to hear!  Edgar Meyer and Chris Thile in studio at WNYC

About katiekind

Enjoying the second half of life. I have three sons who are the apples of my eye and a wonderful husband of 35 years--those are the important things. Long ago, out of the blue, I became a Christian. It was something I never planned on, but what joy it has been. I do website development and I like to read and garden and paint and I love beauty and truth.

Sounds like a wonderful trip. Hope you guys have a great time!

We wanted to go see them at the Schermerhorn(in Nashville) last week but with that venue we just couldn’t justify the cost at this time. However, I’m sure we’ll manage to see some derivative of Nickel Creek at some point in the future. :-)

I’m just a bit jealous, in that not-breaking-thou-shalt-not-covet way.
