Scott and I finished reading The Brothers Karamazov and to celebrate we had Russian Cabbage Pie for dinner tonight. From the moment I saw the ingredient list to the moment I laid the cooked pie on the table and began to serve it, I did not cease to doubt and say, “I don’t know how good this is going to be…”
Until the first forkful. It was VERY good.
The Brothers were also very, very good.
