12 Potluck Sandwiches

What kind of sandwiches would you make when asked to bring sandwiches to a potluck? How about when you’re on a tight budget?

The orchestra and choir need to eat between the rehearsal and the performance on Saturday, and I’m supposed to bring a dozen sandwiches as my part of the potluck.

PB and J cut into shapes with cookie cutters. It works for kids and I bet the choir and orchestra would get a kick out of it!

Thanks for the suggestions, ya’ll! What I ended up doing: I discovered some frozen chicken tenderloins in the freezer so I made a batch of chicken salad (with chopped celery, apple, grapes and walnuts) and bought some nice whole wheat rolls and made up sandwiches.
