Is someone keeping track?

I had a lovely drive to the airport with Becky, dropped her off and then got lost in the big city on my way to Wild Oats. Getting lost is de rigueur for me though. At Wild Oats I picked up some St. Andre Triple Cream cheese–so extremely yummy.

On the way home I noticed a huge housing development, Southern California style, going in around Clarksville. Somewhere else I was driving the other day, I noticed lots of new houses established and more going in where there used to be farmland only a few years ago.

How much farmland can be turned into housing developments before it’s an oops? I hope someone thinks about things like that.

Mom sounded better on the phone today. She still is having blinding headaches so they did a CT scan to try and find out what is causing that.

About katiekind

Enjoying the second half of life. I have three sons who are the apples of my eye and a wonderful husband of 35 years--those are the important things. Long ago, out of the blue, I became a Christian. It was something I never planned on, but what joy it has been. I do website development and I like to read and garden and paint and I love beauty and truth.
